What small style speaker package (5.1/7.1) would you pair with yamaha RX- V667 for under £500?

Looking to demo the yamaha RX-V667 amp and onkyo SR608 but what speakers (small ) would you pair with these amps. Im looking for 7.1 eventually but happy to start with the 5.1 setup to start with .Max budget £500 really! Cheers guys!

I would consider monitor audio vectors £900 what hifi 4 star rated but you can get them a lot cheaper here. It may be slightly over your budget but not by much (not over budget if you took the ex-demo option). You could easily get the extra 2 speakers later with this set up.
