What kind of system? Help please

I dont want 5.1 as i dont have much room and i dont want rear speakers and cables. I was thinking of just plane stereo with a sub, or 3.1 or a sound bar with a Sub. What do you thinks guys?

Arcam does a 2.1 version of its Solo Movie. It's a one box home cinema system. Sounds like just the thing you're after. Get a decent pair of speakers and you're away.

Thanks Chris but its very expensive. It looks to be £1400 and i already have a dvd upscaler. I will also need to buy a sub and a speakers for it. I want to link it up to my sky and a blu-ray player when i get one
