The Bose AE2i I heard at the Apple store could be made to sound hifi or nearly so by cutting some bass, much like the QC15. I haven't yet heard the OE2 or OE2i.

I take this to mean that the OE2i probably sounds like its on-ear cousin the QC3. It sure makes me wonder what the customers use these for. Oops - wait - I think I know. It's like those cars that go by and you hear the bass but the rest is pretty well inaudible.
