What DAC to buy for AKG 550

Hi

I made a topic in the headphones forums, because my new AKG550 gets static from my onboard RealTek soundcard. People there advised me to buy a DAC, which should also increase sound quality by a lot.

I've been looking for a good DAC for these headphones, and there's a few recurring names. Could someone shed some light on which would be better?

HRT Musicstreamer HD was my first choice, unfortunately its output impedance (about 50ohms) makes this a bad match for my headphones (30ohms). Now my main options are HRT microstreamer (top choice currently) and dragonfly (1.0 or 1.2), Then again, apparently o2+ODAC is good too, as is Magni+Modi , etc...

I'm mainly buying for classical music, by the way, but I listen to rock, electronic music, ... as well.

I've had no problems driving my 550s from a Meridian Explorer or a Graham Slee dac but this does depend on how loud you want them to go
