Which audio interconnect cables would you recommend to use for multi analogure inputs to connect my blu-ray player to my amp?

To do full 7.1, you'll need 4 pairs of RCA/Phono cables. If all you want is 5.1, then 3 pairs will suffice.

BTW: I use 4 pairs of Chord Crimson (not plus). I got mine on eBay to keep the cost down...

NB: The Mark Grant / Blue Jeans custom cable is available as a 5.1 or 7.1 option. You can still use a 7.1 connection, even if you've only got a 5.1 system. I believe your amp will downmix it to 5.1, otherwise you can have your BDP do it (think that's right). I get my amp to do it.

Wouldn't worry to much, and there aren't that many 7.1 BDs around

Mav - don't know if you've been misled in your other thread but your current player doesn't have multi-channel analogue outs. If you've bought another (not the 770 because it doesn't either).

Think you need to sort out your other issue before buying anything else...

and im not sure why he would have bought the 770, because nobody mentioned that, apart from you
