Last night it was very stripped down with just a guitar and accompanied by a girl singer songwriter called Satin Beige who was playing a cello and singing. Very impressed, really not my usual thing, but I can see me listening to them again.

It is hard to say which ones you would prefer but I can say that they are all very very good .

I would start with " It all starts with One " and move on from there .

Her music is full of deep dark emotion that paints a vivid picture of her inner mind combining beauty and pain in equal measure, it can be very powerful and moving for the listener, if this is the type of music you like then Ane Brun has no equal !

Hi Mac ,

I have only just discovered Daughter Darling and as far as I know there is no new album , but Natalie Walker has a few solo Cd's.

I have been listening to Aldous Harding and it took me a few tracks for her unusual voice to sink in but it is really growing on me .

I particularly like this track .
