Bit miffed. Nerdy as it sounds. This album contains a real clean version of this tune recording wise also in proper Stereo. The Lee Morgan trumpet solo sounds wonderful

I also own The original Moanin compact Disc which contains this track and re-issue 2 cd box set with an art Blakey cd called orgy of jazz

Nether of these cd's has the stereo version of the Along Comes Mary , Which leaves me to ask the question Any ideas Where this version comes from. Hoping secretly there will be a super stereo version of moanin there as well.

I just recieved a copy of a Cd by Dominic Millar called "surrender" . It took me some time to get hold of a copy of this Cd and even more strange is the fact that Dominic does not even list it in his official discography !

Listening to it on spotify I could tell instantly that it was a bit special but this did not prepare me for the Cd itself .

It is absolutely amazing the whole room just came alive , it is truly like sitting in front of the live band , the sheer power and depth of this recording is unbelievable , I realy don't know how the hell they have done it but my god it's good !

The Cd is available on Amazon at a price and can be downloaded also.

Highly recommended !
