Right click on the image you want. Either click on copy image location or find the URL and copy it. Then to post click on reply and then click on the tree icon. Paste what you have copied into the URL box. Then size it using the dimensions box. The maximum is 400, so click on the first box and see what the size is. If it is 400 or less fine. If it more than 400 change it to 400. Then click on the next box and a number should appear there. Delete it and the dimensions will be automatically adjusted for you. Then click insert.

Hopefully a picture will appear.
