Wee speakers for the kitchen?

Fancy getting a Denon D-M38DAB for the kitchen diner. Can anyone please suggest some very wee speakers that will work in an 'acoustically challenged' locale - ie sat on a wooden window-sill, in a recessed area that's 45cm-deep x 1.2m-high x 2.4m-long. And the rear 'wall' will be glass/windows, obviously. Q Acoustic 2010s? Budget c. £150. Ta []
