I have a V+ HD box connected to my TV (Samsung 46UB7000) in my living room and want to watch programmes on my new spare TV upstairs which has no source connected. Is there a way I can do this without having to purchase additonal set top boxes (incl having to pay additional monthly subscription) tracing cables/drilling holes etc? The new TV has Freeview built in but no aerial etc going to it!!! Someone mentioned 'magic eyes' and 'digital receivers'. Have tried a One For all Amplified Indoor Aerial http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5343243.htm and an AEI Plug In DigiSender http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5348066.htm following the instructions, but neither produced a picture/signal on my spare TV.

Any help and/or recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks

Is there a TV point near your spare TV? You can watch the V+ box programmes from the spare TV (the same channel obviously). Mine is something similar as yours (except that I've got Sky HD). Got a TV antenna installer to get freeview & one channel for Sky box onto my TV in bedroom upstairs. He tried to install a receiver which attaches itself to the cable coming from the TV point, so that I could use the Sky remote upstairs, but it didn't work for some reason.

Not sure if my post is of any help to you.
