volume button on sky+ remote

my volume button on my sky+ remote has stopped working, how do i get this to work again?

Hi Sean

Have you tried to reconfigure the remote to your TV. If you have kept the instruction booklet there should be a configuration section there with a list of TV codes otherwise I think that you can get the information on the Sky.com website.

If the remote is actually broken, then shops like John Lewis stock Sky + replacement remote controls.
