Upgrading QED SA XT (bi-wire) to Blue Heavens?

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any comments to make? I can get a 2m Biwire pair of the Nordost cables for about 500 NZD (180 GBP), but am wondering if it's going to be worth it in my system. It's not an insignificant amount of money, and I won't be getting much of trade in reduction either for the QEDs either (of course).

Why are you trading in the QED? Sell it on eBay and make at least a little money. I would imagine that the Nordost will be a step up in every way. And that is a very good price as RRP in the UK is £330.

Are you sure that's for a 2m pair though? He's had them in stock for quite a while, and there are spades on the amp end of the cables intead of banana plugs. The interconnects were a big improvement, but I'm a bit miffed as to why the speaker cables have to cost so much more.
