upgrading from Denon AVR 4308 help

It's been a while since we used our system and so time to upgrade so we can take advantage of streaming, multi room home wired and wireless etc..

So would this config be needed together or just the AMP? Appreciate advice - Love Denon so wanted to stay with the brand.

Receiver plus the AMP? or is just the receiver sufficient?
