Lots of current

Fwiw, Kinki Studio Audio's EX-M7 @ a UK RRP £2850 surpasses H390 (RRP £5250), H590 (RRP £9500) and H600 (RRP £10500) in terms of fit, finishing, overall build quality, quality of power and performance.

Not come across a H400 yet however if the EX-M7 surpasses H590 and H600 then this should also be the case for the H400.

I’ll take a look kind sir….Although I really shouldn’t as I really have no need.
My wee NN50 giving me immense pleasure…..

Edit…..just taken a look……deary me……….that would grip the reigns indeed !
Kinki M7 however a power amp needing a preamp, whereas the H400 integrated inc. streaming solution……
But what does it sound like.
A node icon XLR out to it could be a helluva system…..

EX-M7 has so much power and current that it has potential to scare the living daylights out of almost any loudspeaker connected to it 😀

Yes, the EX-M7 is a power amplifier. It is ruthlessly revealing however with some TLC to system matching and with the plethora of Streamer/DAC/Pre Amps on the market such as the Node Icon a fabulous amplifier can be put together and one which can punch above its weight. Fwiw, source component I am using is a NuPrime Audio LP-10 Streamer @ £200 and an EX-M7 into a pair of PL300 3G's @ £11500/pair.

Btw, the EX-M7 like all Kinki Studio Audio amplification performs as its best with single ended connections.

Anyway, here's some pics I took of an EX-M7

That looks like it could be a very good amplifier indeed....read a review there..beast of a thing...it'll need a decent pre amp section I'd imagine . with a formidable source to boot.

EX-M7 is a beast with vault like build quality. Partly the reason its so good is down its ultra wide bandwidth 0-2.5MHz. It does need some care to system matching because it easily reveals the qualities of all electronics and loudspeakers used with aplomb.

I don't have anymore funds from my personal bucket list but if I could stretch it, I certainly consider upgrading my Atoll IN100 to it's much bigger sibling, the Atoll IN400 Evolution, possibly the best integrated money can buy.
Yeah costs £5,500 ouch!
Hopefully in few years, I'll come across 2nd hand on eBay 🙂

Nice 🙂 👍

Devialet's new and recently released Phantom Ultimate 98dB and Phantom Ultimate 108dB active wireless streaming speakers are also worth a look 👍
Just in the interest of transparency, I take it the brands you mention are ones that you sell? I'm not suggesting for a second that you recommend poor choices - I've never heard any of them - but a newcomer ought at least to be aware that you are a hifi dealer.

Devialet have been manufacturing a range of products for almost twenty years and the Phantom range of speakers since 2015. What Hi-Fi have reviewed their products. The recently launched Phantom Ultimate is their third generation of speakers.

As a member of this Forum over the years I/we have tried to be a open as possible. In fact I have even recommended products from brands we don't deal with.

Btw, and fwiw, the speakers cables and the mains blocks we're using in the system mentioned earlier are unbranded 500 strand OFC and a standard 5 way type. Quality products that can be purchased for a few £ from local electrical shops and Wilkinson Stores respectively and which are good enough to be used with the finest Hi-Fi/AV components and systems. This is also something else I/we have recommended to members over the years.
