upgrade from sony 40w2000 to sony 40w5500.... is it worth it?

as title says i have the w2000 but could sell it for 500 and can get the w5500 for 650. Would it be worth my while?

I know my tv is now an older model but it is less than a year old (i bought new from play)

Much better? I haven't seen the W5500 but I can't imagine it would be that much better. Saying that the OP would be a fool not to take the £500 and upgrade, I would and I love the W2000.
