I can't see the point of the Philips and Toshiba Oleds, they have 2017 panels gearing up for the last quarter of 2017 and first quarter of 2018 and they are more expensive than the LG 65b7v which can currently be bought for £2699. They are not going to be any better than the LG. Philips are saying 900 nits for the first quarter of 2018 even though it's a 2017 panel which only has 750 nits max. While LG are going to be producing 1000 nits Oleds for the first quarter of 2018 with a 2018 panel.

The biggest USP of Philips is ambilight and its ability to sync with Philips Hue lights. My living room has Philips Hue lights and will definitely benefit from it.
