Toshiba EP35 against Sony BDPS760 for upscaling

I currently use a Toshiba HD EP35 for upscaling dvds and a sony PS3 for blu-ray would i notice an improvement moving to the Sony760 for DVD upscaling - i know the 760 is a lot better than the ps3 for blu-ray.

Keep an eye on my thread as well re upscaling between my Denon and the Sony, hopefully we'll get somewhere.
