Dear Clare,
I wonder if you and your LCD techies could take a look at the thread "Strange phenomenon on Panasonic 32LXD700" started by Scotsgirl on 13 December. Over the last week four people have now reported experiencing this particular phenomenon and despite some interesting observations from other contributors I feel we are still looking for an explanation.
As I have stated in my posts I feel somewhat disappointed that such a widely praised television should behave in such a matter and would be most grateful for your expert views on this matter. Maybe a magazine with your fine reputation would be able to persuade Panasonic to comment on this problem? I feel certain they would take more notice of an enquiry from you than from little old me!
All and any feedback gratefully received, and many thanks.
