I think a little more info on your setup, current challenges, what you're expecting might be helpful. For instance, I assume you're talking about the Q-Acoustics speaker package rather than the Internet TV Media Player?!

Ah my apologies for being vague. Yes i refer to the Q Acoustics TV speaker system!

I have a 42" Panny Plasma, Sony BDP and Nintendo Wii. My wife likes listening to music on her laptop which sounds dreadful. I like good sound but don't want rear speakers for surround, so stereo will do.

I do have the space for separates and standmounts/floorstanders, but they will dominate the room and i don't want that. Also i don't have the interest to demo lots of gear, or the funds to do it properly so am happy to wait until such a time as I have a dedicated room for movies and music.

I have heard the TV2 a few times but not in ideal deMO situations. Also I have John Lewis vouchers to spend so any alternatives really have to be available there. Possibilites are Orbitsound T2 or Bose Companion, but none are as neat looking.
