After purchasing one from Richer Sounds for £44.95, I must say it’s a well-constructed extension strip. I particularly appreciate the visible PCB through the plastic window, and the MOVs are impressively large, which is reassuring.

The CS947 is designed to extend the lifespan of my equipment by absorbing surges and spikes, which is ultimately what matters most.

While at Richer Sounds, I also had the chance to see the latest TVs on display, and they were truly astonishing—I couldn’t help but step back to admire them.

You're doing the most sensible thing by investing in mains surge protection.
I have CS947 Tacima plugged into my Audiowalle 3000W 15A Power Mains Supply Purifier, double protection!
So many main plugs in my study, does the job. :)

You can never take this too lightly. Three years ago I was using ordinary mains adapters and paid the price when the local grid had an almighty surge. My Topping E30 DAC was cooked, since then, all my devices have surge filters.
