Hi

From a bit of novice and someone needing some buying advise. We're looking to buy a Panasonic Plasma and original looked at the TH50PZ700, but noticed the 2 new offerings from Panasonic, the PZ81 and the PZ800. We've always liked Panasonic TVs quality of picture... sound not too much of an issue as it would be linked to our Bose Lifestyle system, but even so, would still like some decent quality of sound and we are looking for one with integrated Freeview...not particularly bothered at present re: Freesat as don't really want a dish, but the idea of havinf 3 Digital Tuners in one TV is appealing. Also want Full HD ,so no need when we go Digital we won't need any additional tuners etc.

So please can someone help with: Which should we go for and why ? and:

Why is there a big difference in price (PZ800 approx £600 more) ?

Appreciate your help please

There is also the 50PZ80, around £1100, 50PZ81 around £1350, 50PZ800 around £1600. http://www.zettavolt.co.uk/TV/Popular_Panasonic_Plasma_50in.html

Z81 has Freesat, Freeview and analogue TV, others have Freeview and analogue TV (2 tuners). Not sure why you think there is 3 digital tuners?

Z800 has best sound (seperate tweeter/woofer), best colour (Digital Cinema Colour), best blacks (improved filter). If you dont need Freesat then it's between the Z80 and Z800.
