The B&W FS-700/CM stands are brilliant and good looking to me. Suite minimonitors quite well. Can you exchange the stands for other ones?

Absolutely no problem with the PMC sound. Really can't hack the look of universal stands, which compared to old RS6s slender box, is fairly nasty to look at.

Once I've moved the room around I may get hold of some GB1i (s/hand) or Spendor A5 or Totem Arros.

Custom Speaker Stands RC60 Deluxe. £135 (or more for fancier wood).

Cheaper and less hassle than chopping in your TB2is for different speakers.
