Tape outputs - subwoofer

Hi there. Could someone tell me if it's possible to use the tape outputs on an amplifier to input to a subwoofer?

No, you can't use them as tape outputs are not controlled by the volume control.

They operate at a fixed output level.

So your sub will always play at the same level - no matter where your volume control is.....
