Are any of you regulars on other forums and if so which ones?

Thinking of migrating a little ...

All the new questions and threads we can't reply to; new posters must think we're a right lousy bunch of ignorant bastards. More than beyond a joke and shows how far down the pecking order this site is in the grand scheme. I feel for Joe and Andy as much as anything else, they're the only people we can scream at. Clearly they have no direct authority to kick the appropriate person up the ass.

They could, however put up a 'sticky' on every sub-forum mentioning first posts cannot be replied to until they sort the ruddy mess out, ... simples!!

Well I did put up a sticky on one forum! Sorry, as mentioned, I am just the messenger. Updates to the site or even the Drupal core, which most Haymarket websites are built on, sometimes cause things elsewhere to break. It's extremely frustrating for us, too. I can only log the problem and wait for them to make time to investigate, fix, roll out an update. Will update when I know more.

A simple pop-up notification when loging in would do it. Easy.

...unless a request to do any of those things has to be made via the exact same people they're relying on to fix the site lol.
