Various websites have the PB-3000 for £1599 which is the lowest I have seen for a while. Thinking of buying a second one to even out bass response. A good sub for anyone thinking of upgrading.
Well, it's an American manufacturer. What do you expect? Besides, the Amazon price doesn't include taxes.£1599 very expensive
$1350 on amazon.com = £1019
RRPs for £ and $ are usually higher. It's currently 20% off in the U.K. at the moment. Stock bought from the U.S. won't have a U.K. warranty, and you'll pay 20% via customs to receive it.£1599 very expensive

I know who SVS are and where they are based! 🙂 It was the pricing I was referring to. Whilst £1599 isn't exactly a 'hot deal' it's still a decent saving compared to prices a few weeks ago. A far cry from the open box subs of 3 or 4 years ago for £1100-ish but everything has gone up!SVS, a U.S.-based audio company known for high-performance subwoofers, designs its products in the United States but outsources manufacturing to various international partners. The PB-3000 model features a Sledge STA-800D2 DSP amplifier, and the rear plate housing this amplifier is commonly labeled with “Made in China,” reflecting its country of origin for manufacturing and assembly.
Are all models discounted or only some of them? The PB2000 Pro is currently selling at the same price I bought earlier this year.RRPs for £ and $ are usually higher.
