SVS PB-3000 price drops?

Various websites have the PB-3000 for £1599 which is the lowest I have seen for a while. Thinking of buying a second one to even out bass response. A good sub for anyone thinking of upgrading.

Well, it's an American manufacturer. What do you expect? Besides, the Amazon price doesn't include taxes.

Regardless, for the performance it delivers, it's hard to beat on price.

RRPs for £ and $ are usually higher. It's currently 20% off in the U.K. at the moment. Stock bought from the U.S. won't have a U.K. warranty, and you'll pay 20% via customs to receive it.

I know who SVS are and where they are based! 🙂 It was the pricing I was referring to. Whilst £1599 isn't exactly a 'hot deal' it's still a decent saving compared to prices a few weeks ago. A far cry from the open box subs of 3 or 4 years ago for £1100-ish but everything has gone up!

Just some, mainly 3000 models.

Hi Gel. I went to Richer Sounds but after buying they called to say they didn't have one in stock. They offered me a used unit for 10% off (list was £1599) so £1439 total. Wanted a new one so went to AV.com and paid £1599.

Almost certainly, stock is low on PB-3000 though so people will need to be quick!

3000 Micro have all gone, as has SB3000 black ash, and PB3000. Only a small number of SB3000 in gloss white or black left at the distributor.

The new ones have 50% more power! I thought they were the sweet spot in the range before, now they're even better!

All depends on the products, as I just wouldn't be able to on many clearance items. I've added the SB3000 into the promo category, which allows a 10% first time buyer discount to be used. Stock could run out at any time though, as they're low.
