My surround speakers are evenly placed, the two fronts are equally distant from the center, the same thing can be said for the rears.

The speaker cable lengths on the other hand are not the same. (I pass some of the cables through underfloor conduits and wall conduits).

I have the following surround speaker cable lengths:

Center: 1m

Sub: 1m

Front Left: 1.5m

Front Right: 4m

Rear Left: 5m

Rear Right:10m

Would I have a problem or do you think the system would be ok?

Should speaker cables have more or less the same lengths?

In the grand scheme of things, this isn't going to make any discernible difference to your system (unless you are using very thin and high resistance cables - which I doubt).

So no, they don't have to be more or less the same lengths.

It's a tricky one. I've only got a stereo setup, and the furthest speaker was only about 3m from the amp, so it was easy enough for me to ensure that all the cables were the same length. I guess that in an ideal world all your cables would be cut to the length of the longest cable, but that will cost you a lot of money as you'll need 60m of cable, rather than 22.5m for your setup. Also, considering the phenomenal speed at which electricity travels (the speed of light), I really can't see that it would be humanly perceptible to hear the difference. It's probably just a superstitious thing to have all your cables the same length, the same as having expensive gold plated mains leads. If you think it makes a difference then it will do, but if you don't, it won't.

If it were me, I'd spend my money on 22.5m of better quality speaker cable than 60m of lesser quality cable.
