Surround heaphones for tv

I have poor hearing with the result that either our tv sound is to loud for my wife or too low for me.
I'd like to have Dolby Atmos for headphones/surround sound for myself to watch movies while my wife can listen at her a comfortable volume at the same time.
How can I obtain Headphone surround from our Samsung smart TV? (TV does not have a headphone jack but has a HDMI aRC connection)

Yes it has Bluetooth but the Latency on the Bluetooth headphones means I get an echo when my wife listens to the TV speakers.

Having sound coming from 2 different speaker sets will produce latency. Some sort of hearing aid will be a better option.

Good shout and I was about to ask does anyone actually make surround sound headphones, I assumed they would have to be stereo?
