Streaming spotify and stored content from a non apple tablet to hifi

I have been thinking about a tablet or a while but not sure if I want to go apple so was wondering what I would need to stream music from say an android tablet to my hifi like you can with AirPlay. I use tunin radio, spotify premium and want to store music on the device as well. I know a nas would help with this but I would like to do it without that extra step for the moment.
I do this via iphone to airport express at the moment but don't want my phone doing this long term (and it only has limited storage)
Oh yeah the cheaper the solution the better!
Any help would be great!

£21.99 per annum, iTunes match. your whole libaray is in the icloud which you can access via any ios device. its exactly what i shall be doing as my iphone is only 8gb.

Yeah I know about itunes match but I am interested in options away from apple, mainly because I am quite taken with the asus transformer prime as it would be more practical for my needs (ie as aNetbook) and wondered if I could stream from it to my hifi without having to add much more to my set up.
