It's now 2 years since Spotify promised and failed to deliver HiFi, leaving many customers (myself included) very disappointed. I would like to think this will be reflected the next time What HiFi carries of a review of the service and they're not just award 5 stars as has been the case for years. Sound quality should be one of the most important elements for an audio based magazine.
