Speakers

Hi there,

 I was reading the awards 2008 issue and saw that the award of "best premium desktop speakers" went to the dynaudio MC-15 speakers. I have been looking for a while to get speakers for my iMac and I am now wondering if I could get the likes of the DALI Lektor 1 speakers. Is it possible to connect them up to a computer?  

Sorry if that is a simple question, I'm new to this!

You can't connect them directly as they're not active speakers. That is they don't have built in amplification. So you'd need an amp as well.
