speakers help

hello i am very new to this and would like some help on a surround speaker system. i have just bought an onkyo 605 after hearing my friends only problem is i know need speakers i have about £650 to spend. other problem is the better half does not want them to look like car headlamps above tv i would also prefer smaller ones can anyone help many thanks

Have a look at the Kef Egg speakers.

Stop being a wuss, get some floorstanders, a centre and big sub. Let "her" have a couple of little satellites for the surrounds 😀
