Speaker Stands

I'm in the process of kitting out my spare room as a games/film type room, which is a bit limited for space.

I've already hidden all the speaker cabling whilst decorating. Silver Anniv XT for the fronts and Micro for the rears.

Q Acoustics 1010i are probably what I'm going to go for due to their reviews and smaller size. But does anyone have any recommendations for stands to put them on? Ideally slimline for the tight locations I'll have to place them.

Also probably going to get an Onkyo 607, but as yet havent seen a full review. (Soon to check out latest WHFi)

Soundstyle Z2s? Depends on exactly how slimline they need to be I guess.

I second that; I have just ordered a pair from Quantum Electronics (£50.00) as the Mrs wont let me mount the speakers using the wall brackets.

Your only options are:

Soundstyle Z2 Speaker Stands at £50.00 a pair

Q Acoustics 1000ST Speaker Stands at £65.00 a pair

Q Acoustics 1000CB Wall Brackets @ £23.00 a pair

I went for the Soundstyles as they are apparently better built than the Q Acoustics, plus you get a choice of black or silver whereas the Q Acoustics are silver only.
