Speaker Stands for a first setup

Hi,

Looking for a bit of advice. I've recently moved to the US and have taken the opportunity to purchase my first real hifi setup. I'm a student so am on a fairly limited budget. I've bought a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 220s and an Onkyo A-9010 to power them. My primary sources will be a Gramofon Streaming device and a Sony TV. I may add another DAC later if I decide I want lossless capability before Spotify do. I am looking for a pair of stands to mount the speakers on, but all the reviews on this site are for kit I cannot find easily in the US. Does anyone have any experience with either Transdeco or Dayton Audio stands? Or can recommend a pair which I ought to be able to get hold of. I'm looking to spend up to about $100 (told you I was poor).

Thanks Mark,

Went for a pair of Dayton Audio SSMB24 and a big bag of cat litter to fill them with. My thinking has always been to spend a little more on the peripherals than perhaps I should, as I would rather have the most expensive items, i.e. the amp and speakers be the limiting factor.
