Speaker running in question/impedance question

Just running in my speakers firstly as in the manual it says to run them in for approximately 60 hours what is a sensible volume to run them in at?

The impedance of the front speakers is 6ohms ive been reading on the internet and it seems speaker wise most people say set the amp at 8ohms then reading in the amp manual it says to set it at 4ohms the speaker manual says either 4 or 8 any recommendations? Thanks

Doesn't really matter - you're not going to damage them by running them at normal to high levels from brand new. It's just that they will sound better after a while of running as the drivers loosen up.

Set the switch to 8ohms, and don't give it another moment's thought.
