We have a Panasonic HI-FI system which has 6 ohm impedance speakers. I have two Akai speakers(which are marked 8 ohm on the back, when meaured with a fluke meter they actually measure 7.5 ohms) I have tried the system using the Akai speakers and it is okay. Would I be doing any damage by continuing to use the 7.5 ohm speakers. Or is there any way of reducing the impedance of the speakers? Thanks
