speaker connections on tannoy sfx

hi all.

is there an easier or better way to connect the cables to these speakers. you just twist the cable and wrap around threaded post and tighten up the finger nut. i don,t think the cables are very secure as when you really tighten them up the cable gets squashed out.

all thoughts welcome
