Speaker cable to 6.5mm jack

Hi there!

Just a quick question, I have a pair of passive (need to be amp driven) PA speakers by JBL, and I'm wondering if I can connect my Arcam amplifier to them - is it possible? I would need a speaker jack to 6.5mm cable or a weird adapter?

Speaker cable to a 6.3mm mono jack I guess for each speaker. It'll work in electrical terms, but whether or not the Arcam will be powerful enough to drive the speakers is a different matter.

Just get any pair of speaker cables for PA use, with jack plugs. Cut off one end of each cable, put the bare wires on the binding posts of your arcam. Put the jacks in the JBLs..
