Hello guys,

Thought i would post on here as i am absolutely tearing my hair out trying to choose a decent sound system for my 32" Samsung TV.

Its my birthday next week, and a decent speaker set is top of my list. I simply cannot listen to the tinny sounds that come from the TV anymore.

However, i know nothing on the subject of TV speakers. I've looked at a whole manner of speakers, including soundboard, 2:1's and 5:1 systems. My budget is anything up to £350 all in, i could stretch to £400 but that would be pushing it.

Always been a Huge fan of Bose but cant seem to find any in that price range. I currently live in student accommodation, but the room is quite large so size isnt an option. I have o say I'm leaning towards a 2:1 system with the option of adding more speakers at a later date when i have more room.

Is there anything that you experts would recommend in this price range? any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Once again, i am a novice, so keep it as simple as possible!

cheers!

How about this Clicky Yamaha A/V Amp & 5.1 Speakers, includes active subwoofer for £249.95

Just add a Blu-ray like this Clicky for £69.95 with 8 free films or this one with 4 free films Clicky, a bargain. If you dont like the films flog them on the bay
