sound syncronisation

When viewing HD the sound is out of sync with the picture.some cases as much a second

This occures with all channels but more noticable on HD

Surely thers got be a sollution to the problem

Have you tried adjusting the lip-synch on the Sky box?

Here's Sky's guide to doing it:

1. Turn to Sky News using your Sky remote control.

2. Press services.

3. Highlight System Setup using the up/down arrows and press select.

4. Highlight Sound Settings and press select.

5. Highlight Optical Output Delay and press select.

6. Change the Audio Delay setting using the left/right arrows until the picture and sound are synchronised.

7. Press select to return to the Sound Settings menu.

8. Highlight Save New Settings and press select to return to normal viewing.

But bear in mind some channels do have wayward lipsynch from time to time.
