Sony WH-1000XM3 - Mic not working when other people speaking

Hey guys.

I have a problem with my Sony WH-1000XM3:
When I'm in a meeting using it with Skype or Teams, the mic only works while nobody is speaking... at the moment the other person speaks and I speak too, they say they can't hear me and just see my mouth moving, then they think I'm on mute 😒
So it looks like the headset can use the speaker or mic, but not both at the same time. When I'm in a 1 on 1 meeting it is not a big deal, but in a group meeting is really annoying, I always have to wait everybody to be quiet so I can talk.

I haven't installed any driver(Sony doesn't provide one), it uses the default windows Bluetooth driver and it is up to date.
When I use it in a phone call in my android, it works fine.

Any ideas ?

It Teams audio device settings, make sure you are using the Hands Free profile and not the Stereo one. Seems you may be using the latter.

Hmmm... I guess not, it shows it as "hands-free" already.

I tend to have fun with teams as well, but what you are describing definitely sounds headphone related rather than teams.

Which firmware version are your headphones running on? you can download the latest one here
