Sony update has messed up

Hi

I had a software update today for my Sony Bravia and it put the iPlayer on it but I can't now see some of the other channels before channel 12 (I realise this sounds strange) on the built in TV guide or TV. Does anyone have anyi Idea how to get it back?

Try power reset (long press the power button on your remote and select the option to turn it off). Then scan the channels again.
