Sony STR-DH810 and STR-DH800

Apart from the Video upscaling, and the extra 10W/channel, what's the difference between the newer STR-DH810 and the older 800 model?

I ask, because I'm looking to set up an AV system for a second room and want something physically small which can drive an existing KEF KHT2005.2 system and is reasonable with music and is sub £300 (under £250 preferrably).

Thinking about it, if I can find a DG820 - would that be as good a bet?

The 810 supports 3d FWIW. I've got an 800 and I'm sure it'll drive the Kefs nicely.
