In the case of BBC iPlayer, I hope it is UK only.

Works well for me, watched a couple of "Have I Got News etc" on iPlayer and worked very well, no interruptions for buffering.

Als the other services seem OK, Love Film trailers etc

We are on a supposed 8MB package, but down loads won't be anywhere near that speed I would imagine.

Best place to check your Internet speed is www.speedtest.net
I pay for 2meg minimum on virgin but you get 10meg as a free upgrade and I get that all day long.

I use the bbc i player and 5 on demand sometimes.

When my sky + clashes I know that I can cancel the Appirentice or Dragons den etc.. as it will always be on iplayer.

you tube is a bit rubbish though. takes ages to load. Lovefilm is ok. they will need to expand their unlimited lists to more modern films.

I have to say since I got my LGBD390 YouTube gets a hammering every day as my little one watches tractors to cars and nursery rhymes to cartoons and it's really smooth! Never has to play catchup, I even managed to get karaoke up with guitar chords for a friend at my 40th b day party and again it was excellent. Family couldn't believe how good it was!
