anybody as brave as me to take the plunge on this model before its out!!, i have ordered this after returning my LG55LX9900 with issues on backlighting and since the saying goes "once bitten twice shy" i decided the best option is for this new sony, i believe if the last two models are anything to go by i cant go wrong, certainly got to be better than an LG at this point, im sure the guys at WHF will have summat to say!!

I can't imagine anyone in the UK outside of Sony have seen this in action to comment!

That's precisely the point - haven't seen the set, so can't comment on its performance at this stage...
