well you have really done your homework on the tv front mate , i think the samsung is great value for what it offers compared to the sony , when im ready to upgrade my plasma i will be checking out the samsungs first ..id ask the seller to agree to a no quibble replacement in case the tv has any clouding problems , apparently a few do suffer from it ,yours will probably be fine , but its no harm mentioning it just in case ...

Just to update ..Sony 46Z4500 is out of my list now. Thanks everyone for your comments. Though, considering Pioneer Kuro 5090 now as well. So this weekend have to buy either Kuro 5090 or UE46B8000. Very difficult choice.
