SONY KDL-52HX903 Anyone got one and compared with LG and Samsung models

I have three TV's on my wish list to try and compare. The Sony above KDL-52HX903, LG 55LX9900 and Samsung UE 55C 8000.

I am having real trouble trying to find a shop with the three models in to view, and even though the Sony seems to get a great review in What Hi Fi I am treading carefully due to the large expense involved. I had a samsung 7000 last year for two days and had to send it back due to bad clouding and off axis brightness. I have spoken to a dealer in Bolton who can get me the Sony set for a good price but he says that manufacturers are not bringing in stock due to the economic climate, so I would have to pre order and would not be able to see the set on display.

Has anyone bought this set and give me feedback, or could anyone at the magazine confirm how good the set is outside of the test results. I am not too bothered initially about 3D but it would seem stupid not to include the facility in case it does succeed.

Although the set has been reviewed by the magazine its not actually been officially released yet, although those of us that have pre-ordered are expecting it to become available within the next week or so!

Also small point but the excellent review was actually on the 46", which the guy's at the magazine will tell you doesn't neccessarily translate into a good review for different screen sizes.

Good point, I will keep my eyes open for a test of the 52 inch model. By the time they become available it will almost be time for its replacement...never mind that is Sony's loss!!!
