Sony DAV-IS10 and Sony Bravia KDL-40W4000

I am a complete beginner. The instruction manual for the DAV-IS10 has several types of connection shown to the TV. For the Bravia 40W4000 I assume I only need an HDMI cable from the controller to the TV (and not the video/audio cords?). Unfortunately the cable is not supplied. Which is the best HDMI cable to use? Thank you.

Yup, just an HDMI from the unit to the TV. For the DAV-IS10, I'd just get something like this one from Richer Sounds.

We always recommend ProWire's excellent HDMI cables which fully support Bravia Theatre Sync but any good quality 1.3a compliant HDMI will support this feature. Monster and QED also make very good HDMI cables.
