One up for sale near me in a charity shop - fully working but without box and remote is it worth the £20 price tag ? the Pioneer PD-M426 I have is packing up so is it worth a punt ?

Cheers

Hmmmm, it's worth it for a CD player, but the 220 sold for about £60, and that was a good 7-8 years ago, so I'd say £10-15....probably £10 without a remote.

OK thanks for that - what about the Pioneer PD-104 they any good ? been looking on the Net and cant find much about them ??

One for sale at Fanthorpes in town and like the look of it but I want something reliable whats going to last a couple of years, it's the same price as the Sony.

Cheers

See if you can get your hands on an old Marantz CD48, resonable sound and the mechanism should last for another couple of years. Spotted one in my local second hand shop the other day for £30... it didn't stay there long!
