Sony BDP-360 and 508XD

Just wondering if this player is good enough for my Tv Pioneer 508XD. I don´t want to spend much more money, but of course I want really good ppicture (in terms of audio I know evrything about this player, so please on ly give me opinions about the picture quaLITY).
