Hello

I have a Toshiba 40L3451DN tv and have just purchased a Sonos Beam.
In setup of the beam to interact with the tv it 1st asks to connect the HDMI cable from the beam to the tv (needs to be arc enabled), this is confirmed and moves onto the 2nd which is to enable hdmi audio output.
I have searched the tv settings several times and cannot find a way to change the audio output.
Im hoping someone has got this TV and can point me in the right direction to fix this issue. I'm thinking it must be possible as that's the whole point of a HDMI arc port right?

Normally, one of the HDMI ports is ARC, although there's no mention of this in the manual. So there's a chance that your TV doesn't have ARC. You can try all the HDMI ports to see if anything works.

Otherwise, according to the manual:

Headphone/Lineout
Set this option as Lineout, when an external amplifier
is connected to the TV using the headphone jack. If
headphones are connected to the TV, set this option
as Headphone.

There is a hdmi to optical adapter included however my TV doesn't have digital optical. There is a spdif coaxial, is there a coaxial to hdmi cable that will work. Otherwise I can run a lineout cable from headphone but again there is only a hdmi on the sonos, will a lineout to hdmi cable work?
